My name is Andrew Park, I am an aspiring foods and nutrition teacher with a passion for food. In this blog I will be posting the steps I follow during my journey of creating different food dish ideas with my girlfriend Monica.
My background is Italian and in fact my mom immigrated to Canada as a child. My brother and I are both first generation Canadian however our Italian backgrounds are definitely close to our hearts and have shaped us into the people we are today.
In fact my brother and I are so passionate about food we one day hope to open our own food truck from which we would sell homemade pizzas.
